As CEO and Leading MultiSensory Maths Specialist for Maths Australia, Esther’s passion is for every Australian child to be empowered in life through a strong foundation in maths. Esther delivers expert training based on research and evidence, equipping teachers through her simple-to-follow, hands-on 'I-CRAVE Maths' methodology that brings effective pedagogy into daily practice. Esther has developed two hands-on manipulatives - one for teaching all whole number operations, the other for teaching fractions, decimals, percents and algebra using a rectangle model. Her expertise is palpable as she shares from 24 years of experience in teaching the 'how' of maths mastery to teachers committed to addressing the needs of students with specific learning disorders such as (but not limited to) dyscalculia, ASD, ADHD, Aspergers and beyond.
