How do I capture a delegates contact details?

If you're an exhibitor, tap 'Engage' then 'Lead Capture'.
If you're a delegate, tap 'Engage' then 'Add to Contacts'.

To share your QR code with an exhibitor or fellow delegate, please tap 'Engage' then 'My QR Code'.

How do I filter the Program to see the Levels and/or Sub-Themes I am interested in?

On the Program page, tap the Filter icon in the top right corner:

Select the Session/s (Levels), Theme/s (Sub-Themes) and Room/s you would like to see, then tap 'Apply':

How do I build a personalised Program?

When using the app, you are able to build your personalised Program by marking Sessions and Speakers. To do this;

To view your Favourites, tap 'Account' at the bottom of the App. Here you can access a list of your Favourite Sessions and Speakers.

Notifications
Notifications will become available via the bell icon in the top right corner of the app home page.

Want to allow push notifications?

Apple: Settings > Notifications > scroll down to 'Arinex One' > toggle on Allow Notifications.

Android:  Settings > Apps > scroll down to 'Arinex One' > toggle on Allow Notifications.
