About Ben

Ben Allen is a Mathematics Master Teacher-in-Residence at The Victorian Academy of Teaching and Leadership. An experienced, senior-primary years teacher, he also has expertise in mathematics, PLCs and developing middle leaders. Ben is passionate about teachers understanding more about their practice, and how leveraging collaborative teams can support in this endeavour. Before joining the Academy, Ben worked in the South Eastern Victoria Region as a PLC Practice Instructor across a number of networks, and previous to that, Ringwood North Primary School as head of senior school.
